Purpose
 

This platform exists to share original songs, writings, and creative works that reflect and support a faith-centered mission. By contributing in one way or the other, you participate in a community that seeks to encourage, uplift, and serve others through creative expression.

Definitions​

​

"Work" means any musical composition, sound recording, written work, or other creative material created, submitted, or developed through the Hub, including any adaptations or derivatives where applicable.

​

"Contributor" means any individual or organization providing creative, technical, or editorial input to a Work, including but not limited to songwriting, composition, performance, production, arrangement, direction, editing, or similar participation.

​

"Commercial Use" means any use of a Work that generates direct or indirect financial gain, including sale, licensing for profit, monetized distribution, or commercial exploitation of any kind.

​

"Rights Holder(s)" means the individual(s) or organization(s) who hold legal copyright or equivalent rights in a Work.

​

"Hub" means the platform and its operators responsible for hosting, coordinating, and publishing Works.

​

"Written Agreement" means a separate document signed or formally approved by the Hub and the relevant party, which expressly states that it modifies or overrides specific provisions of this Agreement in relation to a defined Work or engagement.

​

Ownership (Your Work Remains Yours)

​

The Hub does not claim ownership of any Work.

​

You retain full copyright ownership of all Works you originate, create, or contribute, including but not limited to:

• Musical compositions, lyrics, and melodies;

• Sound recordings; and/or

• Written works, audiovisual works, and other related media.

​

Role of the Hub

​

The Hub shall:

• Coordinate collaboration and production processes;

• Maintain accurate records of contributors, Works, and related rights information;

• Publish Works under the applicable classification and licensing framework;

• Facilitate non-commercial distribution, access, and visibility; and

• Maintain archival, documentation, and portfolio records for administrative and historical purposes.

 

The Hub shall not:

• Claim ownership of any Work;

• Receive any revenue share from any Commercial Use, unless expressly agreed in writing; or

• Act as rights-holder or licensing intermediary for profit.

License to the Hub (Permission to Share)

This license allows us to serve the community while you remain free to use your work elsewhere. By sharing content, you grant the Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

​

• Publish and display your work on our platform;

• Stream audio on our website or other platforms and make content accessible to the public;

• Share and promote your work in connection with the Hub’s mission, including, but not limited to website, blogs, social media, events, newsletters; and

• Share your profile and archive your work as part of the Hub’s collection.

Attribution and Integrity

​

We will provide appropriate credit to you as the author or rights holder of your Work, together with any applicable contributor credits. We will not intentionally modify your Work in a manner that materially alters its meaning, message, or intended expression without your prior permission.

​

Statement of Faith Alignment

​

By participating in the Hub, you affirm that any Work you create, originate, or develop through collaboration within the Hub is made in good faith and is not intended to deliberately contradict the core mission and values of the Hub. The Hub reserves the right to decline, remove, or restrict any Work that is reasonably determined to be inconsistent with its faith-based mission and purpose.

Originality and Permissions

 

By participating in the Hub, you agree that any Work you create, originate, or develop through collaboration within the Hub does not infringe upon the rights of others or misrepresent authorship or ownership. You confirm that:

• Your Work is original; and

• You have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, or authorizations for any third-party material included in the Work (if applicable).

Removal and Access to Works

​

Any contributor may request removal of their contribution to a Work at any time. Where a Work is jointly created or collaboratively developed, such requests shall be assessed in consideration of the rights and interests of all relevant contributors and rights holders.

​

The Hub will act on such requests within a reasonable timeframe where reasonably practicable, and may remove, restrict, or modify access to the Work in whole or in part as appropriate. The Hub may retain archival copies of Works or contributions for administrative, legal, or historical purposes, even after removal from public access.

Voluntary Participation

​

Participation in the Hub’s creative Works is voluntary and unpaid. Contributors do not receive payment, royalties, or any share of revenue for their participation in the creation, development, or publication of Works. Commercial use of any Work is not part of the Hub’s default framework. Any commercialization of a Work through or in connection with the Hub may only occur where all relevant contributors and Rights Holders provide explicit Written Agreement to such use. Works published through the Hub are non-exclusive. Contributors retain their underlying rights and may, subject to applicable written agreements among all relevant contributors and Rights Holders, independently pursue additional uses of their contributions with third parties.

Third-Party Commercial Enquiries

​

Any commercial use when opportunity come by third parties' interest will respect the collective nature of the work and a shared understanding of how it may live beyond our platform. 

 

In the event that any third party expresses interest in a Work, whether directly to the Hub or to any contributor or Rights Holder, the receiving party shall promptly notify the Hub and all other contributors and Rights Holders of such enquiry. Within 3 working days upon receipt of a third-party enquiry, the Hub shall notify all relevant contributors and Rights Holders in writing, including:

• The Work under enquire;

• Description of the proposed use;

• Identity of the third party (if applicable);

• Key commercial terms (if known);

• A 14-day review period for response; and

• An expectation of a return of the interest to participate in revenue sharing and an explicit consent to meeting the third party.

Record-Keeping & Administrative Coordination by the Hub (Third-Party Commercial Enquiries)

 

The Hub shall maintain a central record of such enquiries and responses for administrative and coordination purposes. ​The Hub may, upon receipt of such explicit consent by the parties involved, facilitate the initial administrative coordination and communication between all parties solely for the purpose of commencing discussions but shall not act as a contracting party or agent in any commercial agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Hub does not act as a party to, or facilitator of, any commercial agreement with third parties, and shall have no obligation or authority to enter into contracts on behalf of any contributor or Rights Holder.

 

Response Period, Non-Response Procedure & Majority Consent Fallback Mechanism (Third-Party Commercial Enquiries)

 

Where any contributor or Rights Holder fails to respond within the initial review period, the Hub shall issue no more than one follow-up reminder and provide a further 14-day period for response. Contributors and Rights Holders shall be deemed non-responsive if no reply is received after the timeframe specified. That failure to respond may trigger the majority consent fallback mechanism.

In the event unanimous consent cannot be obtained, commercial use discussions with third party may proceed with the approval of at least two-thirds (2/3) of all parties involved. Any further discussion, negotiation, or engagement with the third party in relation to commercial use, licensing, or exploitation of the Work may only proceed where at least two-thirds (2/3) of all parties involved have provided a separate explicit Written Agreement to such engagement. 

 

Any Contributor or Rights Holder who fails to response within the specified timeframe or who explicitly rejects the proposed commercial use during the response period shall have the right to:

• Be excluded from attribution where reasonably practicable;

• Decline participation in any revenue-sharing arrangement arising from the proposed commercial use, provided that such Contributor or Rights Holder shall not be deemed to have waived any entitlement to revenue sharing unless such waiver is expressly made in writing;

• Require that the proposed commercial use does not materially misrepresent, distort, or otherwise prejudice the nature of their contribution.

For the avoidance of doubt, the rights set out above shall not, by themselves, prevent the proposed commercial use from proceeding with respect to the contributions of consenting Contributors or Rights Holders.

Contributors agree to engage respectfully and, in a manner, consistent with the mission and values of the Hub.

Termination and Withdrawal

 

Either party may terminate this agreement by providing written notice of no less than thirty (30) days, provided that such termination shall not take effect in the middle of an active project, assignment, or committed work output. Where reasonably possible, both parties agree to fulfill and complete any ongoing responsibilities or agreed deliverables before withdrawal or termination takes effect. 

 

We encourage all transitions to be handled prayerfully, respectfully, and in good faith, seeking peace, accountability, and orderly completion of what has been entrusted to each person. Any licenses previously granted shall remain in effect insofar as necessary for content already published, distributed, or in active use prior to termination.

Employment Works

​

This Contributor Agreement and publishing framework do not apply to Works created by employees in the course of their employment with the Hub.

​

Such Works are governed exclusively by the applicable employment contract between the Hub and the employee. That agreement shall determine, without limitation, issues relating to ownership, copyright, licensing, compensation, usage rights, attribution, and distribution.

Where there is any conflict or inconsistency between this Contributor Agreement and an employment contract, the terms of the employment contract shall prevail.

For the avoidance of doubt, Works created under employment are not subject to the contributor licensing terms, publishing framework, or permissions granted under this Agreement, unless expressly incorporated by reference in writing.

​

The Hub may maintain internal records of such Works for administrative, archival, or operational purposes; however, such record-keeping does not alter or affect ownership or licensing as defined in the applicable employment contract.

​

Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms as the Hub grows. Continued participation indicates acceptance of any updates.​

​

Acknowledgment

By participating, you agree to these terms and to contribute in a spirit consistent with the mission and values of the Hub.
