Do you have a musical instrument, an audio device, or an accessory that you are willing to part with?
To ensure that donated items can be resold effectively and find its next home, we ask all donors to submit information about the items for our review.
Honest descriptions about these items help us assess donations accurately and efficiently, so we can make the best use of your gift.

What We Accept
We welcome donations of good condition and gently used musical instruments, audio equipment, and related accessories, including the categories below:

What We Cannot Accept
To protect donors, buyers, and our volunteers, some items cannot be accepted:


- Instruments with severe structural damage
- Instruments missing major essential components
- Instruments with extensive mold, pest infestation, or water damage
- Broken electronics that require repairs
- Counterfeit or unauthorized replica instruments
- Items that present safety hazards
- Heavily rusted or corroded instruments
- Accessories that are incomplete or non-functional
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please submit an assessment request using our online form and our team will review it.


Minimum Condition Requirements
To be considered for donation, instruments should generally:
- Be complete or without missing parts
- Be functional or usable
- Be reasonably clean
- Show normal signs of use or wear
- Have gone through regular servicing/tuning/maintenance
- Have no need for repairs
- Be safely transportable
Cosmetic wear such as minor scratches, small or unnoticeable dents, slight faded finishes, or natural worn cases will usually not affect eligibility.
Before You Submit Your Photos & Video
Here a quick checklist to help you prepare your instrument or device for review:

Please clean the instrument or device and remove any personal labels or stickers.
Have the following information ready:
- Type - music instrument, audio equipment, or accessory
- Brand and model
- Approximate age, if known
- Warranty, if any
- Personal estimate of market/possible selling price
- Current condition
- Known defects or missing parts, if any
- Included accessories, if any
Photo Submission Requirements
To assess your donation effectively, please provide clear visual documentation that follows our submission standards.
- Clean the instrument or device.
- The use of a phone camera is usually sufficient.
- Use natural or bright lighting to ensure clarity.
- Place the instrument or device against a plain, neutral background if possible.
- Ensure the entire instrument is captured within the frame.
- Avoid using blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos.
- Photograph any damage, wear, or imperfections honestly and clearly.

Required Photos for All Instruments/ DEVICES
Photo 1: Front View
Take a full-length photo showing the entire front of the instrument/device.
Photo 2: Back View
Take a full-length photo showing the entire back of the instrument/device.
Photo 3: Brand or Model Identification
Take a close-up photo of any brand logo, serial number, or model label.
Photo 4: Accessories Included, if any
Photograph all accessories that will be donated together with the instrument/device.
Photo 5: Natural Wear
Provide a close-up photo of scratches, dents, corrosion, or other wear issues, if any.

Guide to Video-Taking For Upload
Here's a short video (no sound) providing some examples of "close-up views" of instruments when played. Ensure your video has clean audio sounds.

Before you record, please take a moment to prepare your space and instrument.

Use your phone to capture the video.

Play the instrument in a quiet room with minimal background noise.

Video shows a clear, close-up view of the instrument being played.

Position your recording such that the instrument and your hands are in frame.

Check that the lighting is bright enough to show details.

Audio is clean and the music is clearly heard.

Length of play between 7 to 10 seconds.

For audio devices/equipment or accessories, donors may or may not need to provide a video submission at own discretion.
How the Donation Process Works
Kindly note that submission of item details, photos, &/or video does not guarantee acceptance of a donation. Final acceptance is subject to our review of its condition and suitability.

Donation Accepted for Listing
As we use Google Forms to process your donation details, donors will be required to sign in to Google to access our form.
Provide your contact details and information about the item.
Upload all requested photographs &/or video via our online form (max. 5 photos; max. 1 video).
Our team will review the information and determine whether the donation is suitable for acceptance.
We will reply within 1-3 working days with the following outcome:

Accepted subject to further information

Unable to accept
If accepted, we will upload relevant photos &/or short videoclip for listing on our Online Shop.
The donor will be contacted by the interested buyer to arrange for viewing and self-collection or make alternative delivery arrangements.
